I am committed to providing exceptional care and hold certifications as a Certified Professional Pet Sitter (CPPS), and in Pet CPR & First Aid and Fear Free techniques to ensure the comfort and safety of the pets in my care.
I am a fully certified business specializing in pet health and sanitation. I prioritize cleanliness and disease prevention for our furry friends. Hygiene and sanitation are my top priorities.
My memberships in Pet Sitters International (PSI), Fear Free (Fear, Anxiety, and Stress), and NAPPS (National Association of Professional Pet Sitters) allow me to continually enhance my knowledge and skills through ongoing education and webinars.
I understand the importance of convenient hours for my clients, so I offer flexible pet care hours, including weekdays, weekends, before and after-hours care, and extended vacation times, to ensure easy access to my services.
My business uses a professional GPS-enabled pet app that provides regular updates, including notes, pictures, and videos after each visit. Once you become a client, you can conveniently schedule, modify, or cancel appointments through the app.

I am pleased to offer a wide range of services, from 15-minute visits to 90-minute visits. These include dog walking or hiking, pet taxi services, puppy care with basic obedience training, cat and kitten care, thorough crate and litter box cleaning, care for multiple pets, and comprehensive drop-in vacation care packages. These include dog walking or hiking, pet taxi services, puppy care with basic obedience training, cat and kitten care, thorough crate and litter box cleaning, care for multiple pets, and comprehensive drop-in vacation care packages. I also provide light housekeeping (including pet care), organizational services (including pet care), home security checks (excluding pets), and freshwater fish maintenance.
My pet care services include mail and package retrieval, bin management (recycling and garbage), and waste disposal. Additional light housekeeping, such as laundry and tidying, is available separately. We also offer customized organizational services, scaling from minor tasks to comprehensive projects to meet your specific requirements.
I maintain a consistent schedule to ensures that all pets receive adequate exercise (including long walks), enrichment activities, playtime, snuggles and medication administration, promoting their overall health and well-being.

We've raised numerous puppies from birth to their senior years, including several seeing-eye dogs. This experience has provided me with extensive knowledge in puppy obedience training, crate and housebreaking, basic obedience commands, understanding pet behavior, and proper leash handling.
I strongly believe in positive reinforcement, verbal cues, and consistent training to achieve desired behaviors and address any issues.
My experience with personal pets, seeing-eye dogs, and caring for others' animals has equipped me with the knowledge and skills to handle a wide range of situations. I'm comfortable and trained to care for pets of all breeds and sizes.
My background also includes experience with freshwater and saltwater fish tanks, as well as cats, rabbits, gerbils, hamsters, and guinea pigs.

Initial Meet and Greet is Complimentary! BOOK TODAY!
45-minute Meet & Greet
A Meet & Greet is crucial before any service can be provided. I offer a 15-minute initial phone consultation to understand your requirements and explain my services and offerings. After this, if you wish to proceed, I offer a complimentary Meet & Greet of up 45 minutes to meet your pet(s) and discuss you pets past history, training, personality, schedule, feeding habits, and preferences.
Please note: Meet & Greets are conducted on the weekends from 10:00am-2:30pm.
Consultation beyond initial
Any additional consultations beyond the initial meet-and-greet will incur a per-minute charge. Please note that if you add a new furry friend to your household that I have not yet met, pet care services cannot be provided until another meet-and-greet session has been conducted to ensure a proper assessment.
Rush consult (Care needed within 2 weeks)
A Meet & Greet is essential before any service can be provided. I offer a 15-minute initial phone consultation before meet and greet for me to understand your requirements and explain my services and offerings to see if we are the correct fit.
If you wish to proceed, I charge $45.00 for a 45-minute Meet & Greet for any care needed within a two week window.
Additional Pets, Fees and Policies
Additional dog(s)
Depending on weight and obedience an additional fee will be applied to all services per visit after the second dog.
Puppy Fee (3-12months)
Puppyhood is a critical time for training and socializing dogs because they are highly receptive to learning and are eager to absorb information. Training puppies at a young age can help them become well-mannered, confident, and social adult dogs.
Puppies are highly receptive to learning basic obedience commands during their early weeks. Some important first skills I include teaching them is sit, down, stand, come when called, stay, leave-it, crate training, house breaking and impulse control
Adolescent Years (12-24years)
Adolescent years are crucial for dog training because it's a critical period where dogs experience significant hormonal changes and brain development, leading to increased independence and potential behavioral challenges, making it the ideal time to solidify basic obedience commands and establish strong boundaries to guide them through this phase and ensure they become well-adjusted adult dogs; neglecting training during adolescence can lead to more difficult behavioral issues later on.

Before/After hours

Same day-last minute request
I am happy to fulfill everyone's requests. However, I kindly request that appointments be scheduled in advance. Same-day or last-minute bookings with less than 24 hours' notice will incur an additional fee.
Weekend Fee
Laura Robels Pet Services LLC is closed on weekends except for pre-arranged vacation care. Pet sitting visits are available upon request, subject to availability. An additional fee applies per visit unless vacation care is scheduled for the weekend, in which case the fee is waived.
Key handeling
A fee is applied for key handling. This is for me to pick-up/drop-off and hold onto key. A lockbox is preferred.
Vacation/Holiday Cancellations
You may review the service agreement before our meeting to ask any questions you may have.
Cancellation Policy
All cancellation policies are written in my contract. This will be fully discussed during meet and greet. Client will be able to review Laura Robel's Pet Services LLC terms and conditions prior to visit and ask any questions you may have. Rescheduled Walks and Pet-Sitting visits require 24 hours notice or charged in full amount.
Holiday/Vacation Deposit
To secure your vacation or holiday reservation, a deposit of secure your vacation or holiday reservation, a deposit of $250.00 is required, which will be reimbursed upon invoicing.
Litter box deep clean
In addition to my visit, I can provide a thorough sanitization service for your kitties litter box and surrounding area. Contact me today to schedule an appointment if you require a separate service.
Cage/Crate Deep Clean
Allow me to offer crate cleaning services during a scheduled visit or as a separate service. I will thoroughly clean the crate, the surrounding area, and any bedding inside, including blankets and dog beds.
